A lovely pale melon colour. The nose is floral, expressive and crisp, with intense citrus notes. On the palate, the attack is clean and mouth-watering, supported by a crisp acidity and a finish with citrus notes.
This rosé wine is made from a blend of carefully selected juices sourced from the finest terroirs of the Côtes de Provence.
Grenache 70%, Cinsault 20%, Rolle 10%.
Soft pressing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
