A unique blend of Viognier and Sauvignon, both grown on our vineyards. The nose is fresh and floral, with notes of pear and acacia. La bouche est fraîche et se poursuit dans une finale ronde rappelant le viognier.

Clay-schist soils. Vineyard in the process of converting to organic farming.
50% Viognier 50% Sauvignon. Grapes harvested at night.
Gentle pressing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
