A 100% Rolle refined and fresh
Bright yellow colour with green reflects. An aromatic and tangy nose with lovely floral (white flowers) and fruity (pear, lemon zest and pineapple) notes. The palate is full of finesse, striking a balance between freshness and the elegance of the fruit. The finish is beautifully long and briny, with pronounced citrus notes (pomelo).
