Gourmet Rosé
Delicate barrel aging gives this dry rosé, made from Syrah and Rolle grapes, complex aromas of vanilla and sweet honey that give way to a rich bouquet of apricot, white peach, and candied fruit. On the palate, it offers a beautiful roundness with subtle notes of sweet vanilla and an enveloping, lingering finish.
Pairs well with refined, spicy dishes such as flavorful Asian cuisine or a succulent lobster tail in a spicy tomato sauce.

80% Syrah, 20% Rolle. Hand-harvested. Hand-sorted.
Pressed after a short period of skin contact. Aged in 6-hectolitre French oak demi-muids for 10 to 12 months.
